 1.    Start by booking your appointment with us online or by phone

 2.    We come to your home, office or place of business at a specified time and date and                           take all the necessary measurements and do a complete site analysis

 3.    We will consult with you as to what products and services best suit your needs and             determine your level of investment as apposed to your budget because you are doing this to add property value and outdoor entertainment

 4.    We will give you a detailed quote not an estimate on your project and discuss                       payment options and financing programs

 5.    You sign the contract with a deposit and we put the wheels in motion

 6.    We obtain all the necessary permits and then return at specified date and start your           project and stay on the job until it is completed to your satisfaction 

 7.    We will do a final inspection with you to ensure complete customer satisfaction

 8.    We will remove and dispose of all debris from project on a daily basis

 9.    You will sign off on the completion of the project

10.    You pay us the final balance due on the project and refer a friend and enjoy
